Product description

Persol PO 649 24/51

Comfort and retro charm

Persol is synonymous with Italian charm. With the PO 649 24/51 model for men, the innovative 649 Series combines design and technology to produce unique results. While the dark havana frame calls to mind classic pilot glasses, the contours show the result of an individual and unique design. Maximum comfort is ensured by equal distribution of weight and use of the Meflecto System to reduce pressure on the temples.

  • Durable, brown plastic frame and brown gradient lenses made from glass
  • Equal distribution of weight and Meflecto System in the temples for maximum comfort
  • UV400 filter for optimal protection against UV-radiation
  • Available as varifocals
  • Some other dealers offer this model under the product number “P0354E000-O11”

For over 90 years Persol has been synonymous with fine Italian hand work and a beautiful blend of form and function. The models are easily recognisable thanks to the famous arrow symbol and the retro charm that brings earlier epochs to mind. The Meflecto System, developed at the end of the 1930s, helped create the first widely available flexible temples which ensure a comfortable fit for every face. Persol is a cult label that should not be overlooked.
