The raffle will be performed and managed by Mister Spex GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Mister Spex"), Greifswalder Straße 156, 10409 Berlin. Participants acknowledge that the raffle has no connection to Trustpilot and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Trustpilot. The recipient of the data provided is not Trustpilot, but Mister Spex.
The raffle begins on the 01.11.2018 and ends on 01.03.2018 at 23:59. To successfully participate, the participant has to participate in the raffle within this time period. Repeated participation by an individual does not increase the chances of winning and counts as one-off participation.
Every customer who leaves a rating on Trustpilot during the stated time period automatically participates in the raffle. At the end of the raffle, in accordance with the conditions of participation a winner will be randomly drawn. The winner will be reimbursed for the cost of his or her order. The maximum sum that can be reimbursed is £880.
Natural persons over the age of 16 who have their permanent residence in the United Kingdom are entitled to participate. Employees of Mister Spex and their relatives, as well as employees of any companies involved and their relatives, are excluded from participation.
Mister Spex reserves the right to exclude persons from the raffle in the event of failure to comply with the raffle conditions or infringement of these conditions. Where applicable, winnings may subsequently be revoked or reclaimed.
Participation on behalf of a third party is forbidden; a participant may only participate on his or her own behalf. Infringement of this condition would also result in exclusion from the raffle.
In particular, any persons who avail of forbidden means of assistance or in any other way manipulate the results to their advantage may be excluded.
As soon as the winner has been determined by Mister Spex, he or she will be informed about the result. The winner is determined by a random draw. Mister Spex is responsible for execution of the action.
Reimbursement occurs the same way in which the purchase was paid for (e.g. via Paypal if payment was made through a Paypal account, onto the credit card if payment was by credit card). No prize proceeds may be transferred to third parties. Any complaints are to be made, with direct reference to the promotional activity, in writing to Mister Spex (Greifswalder Strasse 156, 10409 Berlin) within 14 days of the reason becoming known. Complaints made by telephone or made outside this time period cannot be processed.
The winner will be reimbursed for the amount on the respective billing invoice. The winner will be informed by Mister Spex upon completion of the raffle.
Mister Spex has the right to cancel or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice. This would be the case if, for example, due to technical reasons (e.g. a virus in the computer system, manipulation or failure of hard- and / or software) or legal reasons proper execution of the raffle cannot be guaranteed.
Mister Spex is, in particular, not liable for damages that occur due to errors, delays or interruption of transmission that may result from malfunction of technical equipment or service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses, or in any other way during participation in the raffle, unless such damages occur intentionally or as a result of gross negligence on the part of Mister Spex (its institutions, employees or legal agents).
These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between participants and Mister Spex is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
